• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to process. For domestic orders you should receive your order within 3-5 business days of when you placed your order. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-4 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! We now accept international orders. :)

• How do I track my international order?

  For some reason USPS does not allow tracking for First Class Mail/Packages through their site. You can track your package through this site here.

• Free Gift With Any Purchase

• Why won't my coupon code work?

  The way storenvy is set up you can only use one coupon code at a time. In order to qualify for free shipping your order must be $100 or more for US orders and $150 for international orders. Coupon code must be applied before submitting order.

• Can I use more than one coupon?

  Unfortunately storenvy only lets you use one coupon per transaction. If you are trying to use more than one coupon code it will not let you. In this case you will have to choose whether you want 10% off your order or free shipping if your order is $100 or more.

• Why didn't I receive free shipping?

  In order to qualify for free shipping your order must be $100 or more for US orders and $150 or more for international orders before taxes. You must use the code "FREESHIP" otherwise it will not take off for the shipping. We cannot refund you for the shipping once the order has been placed.

• We are not responsible if:

  • You waited too long to pick up your package that it ends up getting shipped back.
  • You put in the wrong shipping address, email address, color, or size.
  • Your post office charges you for custom duties.
  • You didn't check the measurements before ordering.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
